poliARC offers a generous sales partner program for individuals who like matching the right schools with the right service.

The key to being a successful sales partner is locating the right potential clients – poliSCHOOL is a unique service that isn’t a perfect fit for every size and shape of vocational school.

What is poliSCHOOL?

poliSCHOOL is a product of poliARC. It is a web-based software and services solution designed for vocational schools. These systems are sometimes also referred to as: student information systems, student management systems, enrollment CRMs, and/or admissions CRMs. The basic concept is providing schools with a single system they can use to get leads and manage enrollments for their courses, as well as handle their daily operations: attendance, grades, tests, etc.

poliSCHOOL is not designed for very large schools like community colleges or universities. It’s work flow and structure are specifically designed for career schools that generally teach certificate through diploma-level programs like: auto repair schools, massage schools, industrial schools (HVAC, industrial testing, refrigeration, etc.), acting or media production schools, medical assistant schools, culinary schools, etc. Since poliSCHOOL handles all the educational and enrollment aspects of campus operations, it’s best suited for newer institutions who have not yet become tied down to their current management systems, or schools who have been in operation for awhile, but desire to switch to a single, web-based system with which their entire staff can work.

To Become a Sales Partner:

  1. You need a computer with a high speed Internet connection.
  2. You need a U.S. phone number.
  3. You need to invest about 10 hours training / practicing on a poliSCHOOL demo site. This time combined with asking Paul questions about what vocational schools need is usually enough for you to get started locating potential clients. You don’t have to be a poliSCHOOL Wizard to start selling it, but you do need to know it well enough to be able to identify the schools for which it is a good fit so you can work efficiently.

poliARC Will:

  1. Give you a polischool.net email address;
  2. Give you Admin access to a poliSCHOOL demo site so you can set up new demo users;
  3. Give you access to the poliSCHOOL Zoom account so you can video call / screen share with prospective clients;
  4. Give you a user name and password for the pS CRM. There you will manage your leads, send branded emails, and most importantly: make sure you get credit for the lead. The CRM site also contains PDF guides, talking-points, and other resources to help you interact with prospective clients.
  5. Give you ongoing training & support from Paul whenever you need it.

 

New Client Commission:

Partners receive at least $500.00 for every new poliSCHOOL client:

Plan 5 / 5.500 commission: $500.00
Plan 4 commission: $600.00
Plan 3 commission: $680.00
Plan 2 commission: $800.00
Plan 1 commission: $1200.00

A qualified sale is a new client who makes their first monthly payment (set up fee + one monthly payment)*. Accrued commission payments are made monthly by check or PayPal**.

Partners are issued a 1099 from poliARC, and are required to submit a W-9 prior to being issued their first payment.

 

New Client Bonus Schedule:

Additional $500.00 bonuses are triggered at 4 and 10 qualified sales within a single calendar month (based on the contract date).

Example: you sign up 2 schools on Plan 5, and 2 schools on Plan 4. Total sales commission = $2,200.00, plus $500.00 bonus for reaching 4 sales in one month = $2,700.00


 

* Depending on when a new client signs up, it can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks from that point for their first monthly payment to be made. When you first start, we can talk about advancing the first payment if necessary and the contracts look solid.

** Any payments made to sales partners via PayPal are for the gross commission and do not compensate for any PayPal fees deducted from the payee.
